Ingredients
- Wherever possible we use organic ingredients.
- We only use free range eggs.
- All our lemons are unwaxed.
- We use only Green and Blacks Cocoa powder for the cake ingredients.
- Green and Blacks 72% Chocolate is used to cover the chocolate cupcakes.
- Butter icing is homemade with pure English butter and icing sugar.
- Bonne maman strawberry conserve is used for our filling with homemade butter icing in our vanilla sponges.
- We use the finest quality Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Extract.
- Although we are careful, we cannot guarantee that our cakes are 100% nut free.
- Our cakes contain dairy products and wheat.
- Gluten free cakes are available on request.
How to look after your Cakes
- Store your cake in its box on a flat surface.
- Your cake should be kept in a cool dark place but not in the fridge
- Cakes will keep for one week after delivery.
