Ingredients

  • Wherever possible we use organic ingredients.
  • We only use free range eggs.
  • All our lemons are unwaxed.
  • We use only Green and Blacks Cocoa powder for the cake ingredients.
  • Green and Blacks 72% Chocolate is used to cover the chocolate cupcakes.
  • Butter icing is homemade with pure English butter and icing sugar.
  • Bonne maman strawberry conserve is used for our filling with homemade butter icing in our vanilla sponges.
  • We use the finest quality Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Extract.
  • Although we are careful, we cannot guarantee that our cakes are 100% nut free.
  • Our cakes contain dairy products and wheat.
  • Gluten free cakes are available on request.

How to look after your Cakes

  • Store your cake in its box on a flat surface.
  • Your cake should be kept in a cool dark place but not in the fridge
  • Cakes will keep for one week after delivery.
